WaytCabinet.jpgThe Adjutant General's office is responsible for the military preparedness of the Ohio Militia. The organized militia consists of the Ohio Army National Guard, Ohio Air National Guard, Ohio Military Reserve and Ohio Naval Militia, totaling more than 18,000 personnel. He supervises four flag officer heads of these components and one deputy director in the day-to-day operation and management of the fiscal, personnel, equipment and real property resources of these military organizations and state agencies.
