Kasich Signs 3 Bills June 25, 2015 COLUMBUS – Today Gov. John R. Kasich signed the following bills into law: Sub. SB 7 (Manning) prohibits the sale of pure caffeine products and prohibits the sale of powdered or crystalline alcohol for human consumption. Sub. HB 3 (Derickson, Romanchuk) reduces certain business filing fees charged and collected by the Secretary of State, modifies the required contents of foreign corporation filings, specifies that all Ohio-based companies are to have the same access to employer application services available through the OhioMeansJobs web site, and requires the Governor's Executive Workforce Board to prepare an annual report on the performance of the web site. Am. HB 29 (Johnson, T.) designates November as "Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency Awareness Month."
