Ohio must take control of its energy destiny if we hope to foster the jobs-friendly climate we need to get Ohioans working again. Low-cost, reliable energy is critical to Ohio’s economy—especially to our important manufacturing and agriculture sectors—and I’ve begun crafting an energy policy to both spur economic development and provide responsible stewardship of Ohio’s air, soil and water. Both priorities are essential to Ohio’s success.
Between now and next spring my Administration will be working to develop recommendations for Ohio’s energy policy and we’ll be seeking ideas from Ohio citizens, energy users, environmental thinkers, energy producers, community leaders, and everyone else who shares a commitment to making Ohio’s energy policies more jobs-friendly. Please share your ideas below and help give Ohio the future it deserves.
