Governor DeWine Signs House Bill 189, also know as Tyler's Law
Ohio Governor DeWine signs House Bill 189, also known as Tyler's Law, strengthening laws for amusement park ride inspections and safety.

(COLUMBUS, Ohio)—Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has signed the following bills:

  • Senate Bill 24, sponsored by Senator Steve Wilson (R-Maineville) and Senator Kenny Yuko (D-Richmond Heights), establishing the Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Task Force.
  • Senate Bill 26, sponsored by Senator Stephanie Kunze (R-Hilliard), permitting income tax deduction for certain teacher expenses.
  • House Bill 189, sponsored by Senator Louis W. Blessing III (R-Colerain Township) and Represenative John Patterson (D-Jefferson), revising laws governing amusement ride operation and safety.
